Hey, thanks for checking us out, this is where you going find those answers to frequently asked questions !

When will I know my item has been shipped? 
You will receive an email similar to your confirmation email, it will contain tracking.

Why isn’t tracking working ?
There are number of reasons and stages the tracking will go through in the UK. Tracking in the UK will only go through Evri.
Internationally, the item will head to the airport, then clear customs and be passed to a local courier. It can take a day or two to activate.

Why is an item out of stock?
Please message us and we will try to restock the item you would like to order. There are certain conditions which might affect restocking, however we will more than likely add more :D!!

Why does it take so long to ship?
There is a process we need to go through and make styles of heads and belts in batches. To make each one as an order comes in, would see us making them untill 2030. So to be more efficient we paint, for example: golden belts in one batch or heads of a same skin tone.

Why do you take 10% if I ask for a refund?
We use a native shopify payment system. They take 10% as you initially pay, they wont refund this as I refund an order. So, please make sure you are happy with items when your ordering them. There is now a reminder in the basket before you check out!

Do u make custom belts?
We make mainstream belts! We can't take the time to make personal custom figure-fed belts, because we do so much. We can't model and make 1 off belts because we honestly don't have the time.

I'm a Wrestler can you make me as a lil Bastard or a head scan?
Please message us to talk through the options. This can be a lengthy process, but we will assure you, when you receive them they will be high quality and individual to you!
